Package that provides recommendations to Task Views

Review the NaturalLanguageProcessing Task View repository alongside the linked CTVsuggest package and its CTVsuggest-Overview vignette. The issue advertises an external recommendation tool but does not identify a file or request a specific repository change, so a clear definition of done is not provided.

I have created the CTVsuggest R package which aims to provide package suggestions to CRAN Task Views.
I am writing this issue to advertise its use.

Once CTVsuggest is installed:

devtools::install_github("DylanDijk/CTVsuggest") 

The CTVsuggest() function outputs package suggestions for a selected Task View,
below I display the top 10 suggestions for the NaturalLanguageProcessing Task View.
