[6.x]: Colored chips: link blue has low contrast on tinted backgrounds

What happened?

Description

Link text in Craft 6 alpha is blue on purpose, so links can be told apart from surrounding text. That works in general, but not on colored chips. The label is a link sitting on a tinted background, and on several colors (pink, orange, green, yellow) contrast falls below the 4.5:1 minimum for WCAG 1.4.3. The blue and lavender chips are weak too, since the text is close to the background hue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create entry types with different colors and icons
2. View them in settings->entry types
3. Compare the label color to the chip background

Expected

Chip labels keep a clear link treatment but reach 4.5:1 on every chip color, in light and dark mode. For example, a darker blue per chip color, or the dark icon shade plus an underline.

Actual

The default link blue is used on every chip color, and on several of them the contrast against the tinted background is below the 4.5:1 minimum.
