Start from the legacy headingSuffix option on FormFields::*FieldHtml() to see how the info icon was rendered beside the label, then find where the Craft 6 UI API builds field labels. The issue does not say what the new API should look like, so agree on the shape with maintainers before coding. Done means a field in the UI API can show a custom info icon or popover next to its label.

What happened?
Legacy FormFields::*FieldHtml() accepted headingSuffix for an info icon beside the label, which was nice to use for longer help text that was useful to present nearby but didn't merit adding visual clutter in instructions(), tip() and warning() text.
Currently, there doesn't appear to be a way in Craft 6 to render a custom info icon/popover next to the Field label.
