The payload names no source files. Start with the linked pull request #357, since it already targets this issue and may cover the fix. Reproduce with a spec whose baseUriParameters.region has no enum, and find where the OAS generator throws NoSuchElementException: List is empty before writing openapi.yaml. Done means the generator either fails with a clear error and a non-zero exit, or handles the empty list, with a test covering that case.
