I'm trying to get 4.0.x built from source to get cuda working, as cuda does not work for me when using pre-built binaries. I have a gtx1080.
vcpkg does not have any of the 4.0.x releases available to compile from. And the --head tag only gets me 3.12.x, not 4.0.x.

Could we get a vcpkg 4.0.x version?
Especially since GLOMAP now suggests to use global_mapper in colmap instead of GLOMAP.
I don't know anything so I might be trying something stupid, or just wanting something that isnt available ? Could prebuilt binaries actually work for me ?
I have cuda 13, installed, not cuda 12? might this be the problem ?
also vcpkg tells me [tests] doesnt exist:
