評価
調査の方向性
Start by reading the --ignore-words and --skip option handling and the tests for those options; the issue does not name specific files. Run the relevant tests and check how codespell processes an ignore-words file; done means that file is implicitly skipped during spelling checks.

説明
As per title, otherwise codespell fixes the ignore file itself which makes no sense anyway.
