Cron explainer says "on weekdays" for `0 0 1-31 * 1-5`, but the next runs include weekends

説明
Enter 0 0 1-31 * 1-5 in the cron explainer. The description says "At 00:00 on weekdays", but the next runs listed from Friday, Oct 23 are Sat 24, Sun 25, Mon 26, Tue 27 and Wed 28. The run list is right: when the day-of-month and day-of-week fields are both set (neither starts with *), cron runs on days that match either one, and 1-31 matches every day. The description is what's off. describeDays (lib/cron.ts, lines 265 to 291) treats a field that covers every value as unrestricted, while nextRuns (line 366) checks whether the field starts with * (star, line 134), the way cron does.
What to do
- Decide "restricted" in
describeDaysthe same waynextRunsdoes, and describe what actually runs. For0 0 1-31 * 1-5that's every day. 0 0 * * 1-5should still say "on weekdays".
