説明
Context
Part of the SEO growth initiative (#18): Phase 0: Foundation and measurement.
The whole plan is judged on the GSC numbers. A simple weekly read tells us what to double down on and what to fix.
What to do
- Confirm all pages are indexed (GSC Pages report); re-request indexing for any that are not.
- Each week record: total impressions and clicks, average CTR, query counts in positions 1-3 / 4-10 / 11-20, indexed page count, and top gaining/losing pages.
- Note striking-distance queries (positions 8-20) to feed Phase 1.
Where
Google Search Console (external). Mirrors the scoreboard checklist in the Epic.
Acceptance criteria
- All intended pages confirmed indexed
- Weekly tracking routine established (sheet or GSC bookmarked views)
