Part of #5. For recurring community calls and maintainer office hours.
Idea
"Office hours" sits at the top as a small label, with the title large under it ("Ask the maintainers"). Below is the recurring slot ("Every Thursday · 17:00 to 18:00 IST"), the host's name and role ("Priya Shah, maintainer"), an optional topic line ("Bring your PR questions"), and a call-to-action pill at the bottom ("Join on Discord").

Acceptance criteria
- Long titles shrink with
autoFontSize(), and long schedules and topics truncate - An empty
hostRole,topicorctaText(or only spaces) hides cleanly - The pill text stays readable on any accent color
- Re-exported in
src/templates/event/index.tsand registered in the Event block ofsrc/templates/registry.ts - Meets the shared template checklist in #5
