Problem: Closing Artifacts fullscreen sends focus to the panel, not to the button that opened it. This is intended today (so J/K keep working, see ArtifactsPanel.test.tsx), but J/K also work from the button, and returning to the opener is the usual dialog behavior.

Fix idea: remember the opener when fullscreen opens and return focus to it if it still exists; otherwise focus the panel.
