New code-server installs are broken due to a bad `i18n-next` version

まず npm のグローバルインストールと起動時の失敗を再現し、次に依存関係の宣言を調べて i18next のバージョン制約を確認します。プロジェクトに関連するテストがある場合は、解決された依存関係のバージョンに対するカバレッジも用意し、新規の code-server インストールが i18next の初期化エラーなしで正常に起動すれば完了です。

5 hours ago, the author of a library i18next that is used by code-server published a backward incompatible patch — 25.5.1

The effect of this is that new installations of code-server will fail to startup with this error —
