Installation error on Windows

まず、Windows 10 LTSC でバージョン 4.95.1 を使用して npm install --global code-server を再現し、その後、エラーで参照されている postinstall.sh と docs/npm.md を読みます。失敗する release と 4.95.1 未満のバージョンを比較し、報告されている EBUSY rename エラーなしでインストールが完了するかどうかを確認します。
