The payload names no files. Start from the organizer-side action that approves or denies a participant's competition request, and from the code that sends the generic notification email in each case; the screenshot in the issue shows the current prompt. Done means an organizer can type a custom reason when approving or denying, and that text appears in the email the participant receives. Ask the maintainers where the input should live before designing the form.

Organizers might want to write a custom reason for denying someone from joining their competition (wrong email format, wrong username format etc...)
Right now, you can only approve or deny requests with a generic mail being sent in both cases.
