調査の方向性

The issue gives the dependency spec as a source and version block with type:rubygems, name:bundler, ref 4.0.17 and a sha256. Find the existing bundler entries in the dependency-builds pipeline configuration and copy the structure of the most recent one, since the issue does not name the file. Done when a bundler 4.0.17 version line is present in the same form as the others and the pipeline would pick it up.

Please edit the dependency-builds pipeline to add the new version line to the relevant dependency/buildpack.

For nginx/nginx-static: Also remove older mainline/stable version.
E.g. If you are adding nginx 1.22, you will remove 1.20. If you are adding 1.23, you will remove 1.21
