Problem
cf d1 migrations apply <id> --local --persist-to <dir> prints that it applied the migrations, then does not exit while its stdin is an open non-TTY pipe (for example under a process supervisor or a script that runs it as a child with piped stdio). Under a TTY it exits, and it also exits with </dev/null. This may share a cause with #25, which hangs on a fresh state directory.
Reproduction
cat | cf d1 migrations apply 00000000000000000000000000000000 --local --persist-to /tmp/state --dir ./migrations
Migrations are applied, and the process keeps running until stdin closes.
Expected
The command exits after it finishes, whatever stdin is.
