问题描述

镜像构建成功、容器也成功启动，但web里报 任务已结束。在创建环境记录时出现 placeholder gone before exec finished 错误，同时发现 CreateEnvironmentSyncInternal 日志中 containerID 被误写成了 envID，怀疑是导致占位记录丢失的直接原因。

复现步骤
  1. 在 MonkeyCode 控制台启动一个任务
  2. 等待系统镜像构建完成
  3. 观察 Agent 日志，环境创建阶段出现该错误
期望行为

环境创建流程正常完成，占位记录被正确更新为真实环境记录，无 error 日志。

实际行为

环境最终 任务已结束 状态。
