documentation good first issue

The documentation is drifting as we add more code.
Ideally this would be updated in the PRs, but at this pace, we might need to review and update them separately.
The closed PRs are probably a good place for content which could be moved into the actual docs.

We also need a section in the readme on how to install and use the host package as an app developer.

Also, I think it would be great with some videos showing off the build times and terminal UI.
