Description
@react-native-harness/platform-vega references old kepler CLI and naming in its implementation. With SDK 0.21+ Amazon officialy started referring to the SDK as "Vega" ("Kepler" was a working codename used before the SDK was publicly available) and they modernized the CLIs and SDK tools which RNHarness seems to not leverage
