Describe the bug
Running yarn react-native-harness --harnessRunner android on an app where react-native-harness was upgraded from 1.0.0-alpha.24 to 1.4.1.
I initially received an "AbortError" that was not very informative as to what the root cause is, but after patching the line that was hiding the original error, I got the error:
"Android command-line tools are missing. Set ANDROID_HOME or ANDROID_SDK_ROOT to an initialized SDK."
And after taking a look at this file I realized that in Windows that file name includes a .bat file extension which is why it was not found.
