The scheduled iOS Conformance Differential job has failed on main every night since 10-17: 9 runs, the last success at 2a2f3f2906 on 10-16 (38855041693).
The failing step changed over time:
- 10-17 (39005647212):
percent-swipe.yamlstep 1 (launchApp), "xcrun timed out after 15000ms". - 10-25 (40164936194):
settle-after-tap.yamlstep 5 (assertVisible "open-inert-surface"), "Maestro visible condition did not match".
No issue tracked the red lane, so a second failure class stayed hidden behind the first.
Required behavior:

- Fix each signature at its owning defect, or file it under an owning issue. Do not relax a differential assertion and do not retry until it passes.
- The scheduled job passes on main.
