In the first one the comment never reached the server's copy of the review in 15 seconds, while the tests right before and after it took under half a second, comment included.
HomePageUITests.TheSoundSwitch_Should_ShowOnlyWithAnAgent (DesktopWithAgent) also failed once, in All CI 41861696424, when IsReplySoundMuted never showed up in IndexedDB. It may have another cause.
