[Bazel CI] Test failure: Bazel Toolchain Resolution Error: Linux vs. Darwin Path Mismatch

提供されたリポジトリのリセット、USE_BAZEL_VERSION、bazel build コマンドを使って失敗を再現します。まず tests/toolchains/transitions:test_minor_versions と、それが参照しているテストログを確認し、次にツールチェーンの解決に関係する Linux と Darwin のパスを比較します。macOS 上で、報告されたパスの不一致なしにテストが成功すれば完了です。
