hey, been using the vim mode a lot, can basicaly do the whole review from the keyboard now. only thing i still need the mouse for is the send menu top right. ctrl+enter sends feedback fine but for "send with a note" (comments + a custom mesage) i have to click the little arrow every time, and thats the one i use most

would be cool to have smth like ctrl+shift+enter that opens the note box directly, then ctrl+enter sends it like it already does. saw #1457 touches the same dropdown so maybe fits there

happy to send a small pr if thats wanted
