Start in client/src/pages/VideoGen.jsx and trace the fal panel through useVideoGenFieldState.js, useVideoGenForm.js, and lib/videoGenSubmission.js. Run the videoGenSubmission unit tests and inspect the rendered page interaction coverage. Done means curated models show the appropriate controls, values reach the submission payload and cost hint, and resolution resets when the model changes.

Problem
#9230 made fal.ai video renders silent by default: generate_audio: false for Kling, Veo and Seedance. It also added falResolution and falGenerateAudio to POST /api/video-gen. The Video Gen page (client/src/pages/VideoGen.jsx, fal panel) exposes neither.
On that page, a user who picks Veo 3.1 Fast or Kling v3 Pro:
- can no longer get provider audio (it was the provider default before), and
- always renders at the model's default resolution.
The page's cost hint says "at the model's default resolution with provider audio off" for this reason.
Decision
Add both controls to the fal panel. Show them only when the typed model is a curated catalog model that offers them (getFalVideoModel(id).resolution / .audio):
- a resolution
<select>listingfalVideoResolutions(model), blank meaning the model default; - a "Provider audio" checkbox, default off.
Thread both through useVideoGenFieldState → useVideoGenForm → lib/videoGenSubmission.js#buildVideoGenSubmission (the isFal branch) as falResolution / falGenerateAudio. Feed the same values to the page's estimateFalVideoCostUsd hint, so the audio-on rate is shown when audio is on. Clear the resolution when the model changes, because each model has its own set of resolution values (same rule as the Music Video picker).

Acceptance
- Picking a curated model with resolutions shows the resolution select. Picking one with an audio flag shows the audio checkbox. An uncurated id shows neither.
- The submission payload carries
falResolution/falGenerateAudioonly when set. - The cost hint changes with the selected resolution and audio setting.
