Start with policies/adding-new-role-members.md and inspect the RST source for team.html to compare the old and current anchors. Search the project for the affected URLs and other section links. Done means old anchors either remain valid through custom anchors or every identified link points to the intended section.

説明
I suspect it is a side effect from switch to RST in #698 . We have URLs to specific sections using anchors that are now broken links. They don't show 404 because the page still exists, but they no longer point to the sections we want them to point to.
