contribute と users の URL を開き、各ページを再読み込みして、報告されている bootstrap.bundle.min.js の 404 リクエストがコンソールに出ているか確認します。/contribute/ ページと /users/ ページがスクリプトをどのように参照しているかを追跡し、その後、サブページを再読み込みしてもファイルが見つからないエラーが発生しないことを確認します。

But make sure to then reload that page and then in the console after the reload there is a new error:
contribute/:14 GET https://cloudstack.apache.org/contribute/scripts/bootstrap.bundle.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
So it happens on all sub pages I checked but not when first navigating to these pages only after being on the page and doing a reload does the new console error appear. Try it here:
