Summary
In the desktop app the permission request dialog expands to fit the whole command. A long multi-line shell command makes the dialog very tall, up to the full screen height. It should have a bounded height with a scrollable area.

Reproduction
- Add an ask rule for shell commands, e.g. a permission with resource * and effect ask.
- Ask the agent to run a long multi-line shell command (20 or more lines).
- The permission dialog appears and shows the entire command.
Expected Behavior
The dialog keeps a fixed maximum height and the command is shown in a scrollable area, so the approve and reject buttons stay reachable.
Actual Behavior
The dialog grows with the command length and takes the full height of the screen.
Additional Context
- Seen while approving multi-line shell commands from a Code Mode agent.
- Workaround: send shorter single-purpose commands.
- Frequency: every time a long command needs approval.
- The same dialog is used for other tools, so the fix likely belongs in the shared permission prompt component.
