Media Recorder with HEVC encoding

MainActivity.java:226 から始めて、issue に示されている MediaRecorder の設定を確認します。特に HEVC エンコーダーと start failed: -2147483648 例外を確認してください。周辺の sample エントリーポイントを調べ、issue を再現できるかどうかを判断します。payload にはコード変更も明確な完了条件も定義されていません。

When I set videoEndoderto HEVC mediarecorder.start() is not working below is the exception. Kindly let me know the reason or whats going wrong.
