Start by investigating the Finder Services extension and how it determines which file types expose the “Sentinel Unquarantine” item. Trace the existing handling for supported files and identify how .sh files are filtered. Done means the item appears for bash scripts without changing its behavior for other file types.

I'm not sure how the Finder Services extension operates or what abilities you might have, but it would be handy for the "Sentinel Unquarantine" item to show up for bash scripts (ending in .sh) as well.
Feature Request #57 would compliment this really well.
