説明
To run the app locally, you have 2 options for:
aio app run: build and deploy all the actions in the app, and activate the auto deployment of individual actions upon changes (file saving)aio app run --skip-actions: run the app without building and deploying the actions, and also skip any file change during the run (no auto deployment)
This is not efficient when there are quite many actions in the app. In this case, you may want to skip building & deploying them when running aio app run, but still have the auto refresh upon file changes. This would improve local dev experience and time, especially for those having to stop and rerun the app often.
