Reproduce the TypeScript error from the global github object and inspect the entry point that adds Octokit to it. Trace how that global object is typed; the issue is done when github.rest is recognized by TypeScript without an error.

Its nice that octokit gets automagically added to the github object but it appears the types don't recognize it.
