説明
What happens
A v0.3 gRPC or REST client that sends a message without history_length gets the task back with empty history. GetTask on the same task returns the history.
Why
history_length is a plain int32 in the v0.3 proto, so unset arrives as 0. FromProto.message_send_configuration (compat/v0_3/proto_utils.py:796) passes that 0 through, and the core handler then trims history to 0. The v0.3 proto says 0 means unlimited (a2a_v0_3.proto:121), and FromProto.task_query_params (:922) already maps 0 to None for GetTask.
