Start by locating the qualifier filtering logic used for AgentCard producers and reproduce the two producer declarations in the issue. Check how @PublicAgentCard and @ExtendedAgentCard are evaluated, then add or update a regression test if the surrounding code provides one. Done means @PublicAgentCard producers are retained while the intended @ExtendedAgentCard exclusion still works.
