Fix poor responsiveness to fix/assist requests and other edits during startup

説明
It looks like the analysis driver prioritizes calls to getResult, which is used by fixes and assists, which is good.
However, it iterates through and processes all of the prioritized files at once, which means the driver can't come up for air and respond to getResult requests while that's running.
So, when you're first loading up a project, you'll get errors in your files, but won't get the assists until all files are done analyzing.
I'm thinking we may need to do some custom scheduling logic like the angular_analyzer_plugin does to prevent this from happening
