What happened?
The read the docs CI job frequently hangs forever, leaving PRs stuck on yellow when they're otherwise ready. There seems to be some kind of timeout in the build, but the job itself never catches that to return red or something.
What did you expect to happen?
I would expect a timed-out read the docs build to return red.
