TanStack AI ships one package per provider, from ai-openai and ai-anthropic through ai-openrouter and ai-cohere, and the family keeps growing, so the pattern for adding a vendor is settled. The one thing every hosted package carries is credential setup, and the routing side reads cost out of each provider's own response to compare candidates, which quietly assumes the user already holds an account with everyone being compared. Ollama sits in the set as the exception, a package with nothing to paste in.
BlockRun is one OpenAI compatible base URL covering chat, image, video, music, speech and sound effects, paid per call in USDC over x402 with no key and no vendor account, so an adapter could take that same place in the set. https://blockrun.ai
