Context
The automated tests are healthy, but the audit found no evidence that the full authenticated business workflow has been manually run recently. docs/MVP.md and docs/plan-CorvEd.md also call out timezone display and Meet-link propagation as launch-readiness checks.
Scenario from MVP launch checklist
Parent signup -> request A Level Math 8 sessions -> payment proof -> admin marks paid -> admin matches tutor -> admin sets Meet link + schedule -> admin generates sessions -> two sessions done -> one student no-show -> verify remaining sessions.
Acceptance criteria
- Run the full scenario against local Supabase or a preview environment.
- Record exact test users/data used, with no secrets committed.
- Verify request/package/payment/match/session statuses at each stage.
- Verify session count decrements only for
doneandno_show_student. - Verify the admin-entered
matches.meet_linkappears on the student dashboard/session list and tutor dashboard/session list. - Repeat or inspect the schedule display as an overseas timezone user, for example
America/New_Yorkor US Central, and confirm visible times are not UTC/PKT when the viewer timezone differs. - Verify the reschedule/no-show policy is documented and applied in the ops workflow, even if enforcement remains manual for MVP.
- Capture any defects as separate issues.
