Problem
pytest only collects files named test_*.py or *_test.py. tests/providers/infracost/tests_infracost.py (6 tests) and tests/providers/sg_workflow/tests_sg_workflow.py (24 tests) don't match, so CI has never run them. They all pass when run by path today.
What to change
Rename both files to test_infracost.py and test_sg_workflow.py with git mv. No other changes.
Done when
pytest --collect-only -q tests/providers lists the 30 tests and CI is green.
