The animation almost finishes but pauses on the last frame of the UI

Start in stability_sdk/utils.py at create_video_from_frames and trace its caller in stability_sdk/animation_ui.py, especially render and postprocess_video. Reproduce the Windows animation flow and inspect the subprocess command that fails with WinError 2. Done means the video is created and returned to the UI without either FileNotFoundError.
