Decide whether to restyle that component or create a local message without a border or close button; done when the chosen presentation is implemented and the access denied state displays as intended.

This could be styled a bit better. The error-state was used and I'm not sure... need to evaluate if it should be used... or maybe just create a local one that shows in the middle of the content area with no border or x button to close.
