The payload names no source files. Start with the camera and input specs it cites, and with the windowed map view from #98 to see which edge-scroll and zoom values apply in window mode. Add the Alt+Enter toggle and the maximise button, then check that full-screen values apply only in full screen. Done when the toggle works, CI passes a switch test under the dummy video driver, and one manual check has been recorded per system.
