The issue identifies the dhkem feature configuration and x25519-dalek/zeroize dependency feature as the relevant areas. Read the crate’s feature declarations and compare them with how x-wing enables zeroization; verify the behavior in a standalone crate, since workspace tests mask it. Done means downstream X25519DecapsulationKey values are zeroized on drop when dhkem’s default zeroize feature is enabled.

dhkem enables its zeroize feature by default, but doesn't enable x25519-dalek/zeroize. As a result, X25519DecapsulationKey isn't zeroized on drop for downstream users.
This doesn't show up when testing the full workspace because x-wing enables the feature. I confirmed the issue in a standalone crate.
I'll start working on a PR to address this.
