Problem
macos/Runner/Info.plist declares CFBundleDocumentTypes for .sql and .sqlite/.sqlite3/.db/.db3, but AppDelegate.swift does not implement application(_:openFile:) / application(_:open:). On macOS "Open With" and double-click deliver the file as an Apple Event, not in argv, so FileLaunchService.processLaunchArguments(args) (lib/main.dart:27) never sees it. The app opens empty.
FileLaunchService.addPendingTarget exists for "runtime open events", but nothing calls it.
