Is your feature request related to a problem?
We currently define ECS task definitions manually for the Kaapi services, which can be tedious and error-prone.

Describe the solution you'd like
Automate the definition of ECS task definitions in Terraform.

  • Create modules/ecs-task-definition for container definitions, CPU/memory, execution/task roles, logging
  • Use image URLs from the ECR module output
  • Integrate secrets/env vars from Secrets Manager / SSM
  • Connect the module to environments/staging

Goal

Define ECS task definitions in Terraform for the Kaapi services (work in progress on feat/task-defination).

  • Use image URLs from the ECR module output
