`SuppressMessageAttribute` not working for ScriptBlock params

PSReviewUnusedParameter ルールを使用して PowerShell の例を再現し、$wordToComplete に対して suppression attribute が無視されることを確認します。ScriptBlock パラメーターに対する analyzer のエントリポイントを追跡し、既存のテストがあれば調査します。ルールがそのパラメーターを報告しなくなり、抑制されていないパラメーターについて現在の動作が維持されれば完了です。

Steps to reproduce

Register-ArgumentCompleter -Native -CommandName dotnet -ScriptBlock {

Expected behavior

Rule `PSReviewUnusedParameter` doesn't trigger for parameter `$wordToComplete`.

Actual behavior

Rule `PSReviewUnusedParameter` triggers for parameter `$wordToComplete`.
