説明
Problem
The Stage 12 simulation path needs to persist a durable observability_id, but the shared v2 PostgreSQL schema does not yet contain that nullable column. Deploying the schema separately keeps the database compatible with both the current and upcoming API and simulation services.
Scope
- Add a nullable
observability_idcolumn tostage12_evaluation_reports. - Add the corresponding SQLModel field.
- Advance and centralize the expected v2 Alembic revision.
- Verify upgrade, downgrade, schema parity, and catalog publication revision checks.
This precursor does not change request payloads, logging, tracing, or simulation behavior.
