説明
It appears there's no Surf or underwater encounters in ORAS at all in the current API.
This includes:
- Underwater route for Pokemon like relicanth
- Fishing Pokemon like goldeen
- Pokemon like tentacool or wingull who are on basically every route do not show up at all in the API.
I don't think much else needs to be said regarding this, it's standard encounter slot, encounter, location area info. It looks like any horde encounter was caught.
