Problem
On Settings → Markup (settings/markup) and Settings → Styles (settings/styles), the text area with the HTML or CSS of the theme is wider than the column of the page. It sticks out on the right, past the edge of the theme, with its own horizontal scroll bar half out of view. In a narrow window or on a phone, the whole page scrolls sideways.
The text areas have a fixed width in characters: cols="100" for the HTML, and cols="100%" for the CSS (not a valid value, so the browser uses its default). The read-only <pre> of the default theme has the same problem.
Expected
The text areas and the code fill the column of the theme and never go past it. The text area scrolls inside itself.
