The popup for a new page:
- has the heading maak nieuwe pagina with a second line (kies het juiste paginatype!);
- shows its labels in lower case (type, taal, paginanaam, privepagina, without the accent). The key
typeis missing fromen.phpandnl.php, so the label shows the key; - lists the page types in the order of
hypha_getDataTypes(): "festival pagina, mailinglist, artikel met review, textpage".
Expected

- Labels Soort, Paginanaam, Taal, Privépagina (English: Type, Page name, Language, Private page).
