Problem
On a site whose theme does not load Fork Awesome, the buttons of the command bar (index, login, and for members new page, settings, logout) show as empty grey blocks. The icons are <i class="fa fa-..."> from the language files, and only the default theme imports css/fork-awesome.min.css.
The links also need JavaScript:
- index:
javascript:hypha('index/nl', ...) - login:
javascript:login(); - settings:
javascript:hypha('settings', ...)
Without JavaScript (blocked, failed to load, or a crawler), a visitor cannot open the index or log in at all.
